Fernandes in a midfield should Premier League football return in the schedule

Players of United trained on Wednesday, Thursday and
Friday after Premier League clubs backed a proposal to return to first-team
training.
Social distancing guidelines must be adhered to while work
is only permitted in small groups. Fernandes and Pogba arrived at a similar time on Thursday, though fans
were not treated to an image of United's two star midfielders together.
Bruno has hit the ground running since his move from
Sporting Lisbon in January and supporters are eager to see him in action
alongside the French star who is United's most creative midfielder.
Given the duo's attacking qualities, United fans believe Matic would
be the perfect foil for them in the engine room. The Serb enjoyed a resurgence
in the side prior to the postponement of the season, leading to United
triggering the one-year contract extension clause in his contract.
Supporters are keen to see him continue his run of form
continue and provide a platform for Fernandes and Pogba to flourish.
Matic recently admitted he was surprised to see Fernandes
make an instant impact, given the difficult adaptation players often face when
arriving in England.
